Rates are based on 2 person occupancy.

 

 

 

	$25.00 Daily.
	$160.00 Weekly.
	$325.00 Monthly plus electricity.
	$335.00 Monthly plus electricity with washer and dryer use.
	Daily and weekly rates include water, sewer, electricity and wireless internet.
	Monthly rates include water, sewer and wireless internet. Electricity is individually metered and billed monthly at 16 cents per KWH.
	Additional guests over the age of 12 are $3.00 per person per night.
	Payment by cash or check, sorry we do not accept credit cards or discounts.
